TUIKIWI Productions was founded in 2007 by  17 year-old director and producer Kyle Wadsworth.Having been involved with the television and film industry since age 14, Kyle has attended South Seas Film & Television School, various video production courses and has worked at a number of  film-related organisations, including South Pacific Pictures (Shortland Street, Outrageous Fortune, Whale Rider).

Our first production, ORIENTAL STREET MURDER was a major hit online, recieving over 14,000 hits. Support from organisations and fans grew when a sequel, Tracey’s Back was annouced later that year. Backed by TelstraClear, Self Storage Taranaki, Taranaki District Health Board (Clinical Skills) and New Plymouth Boys’ High School, the film was released to a crowd of over 100 people, seven months later in 2009 with DVD’s selling out within 48 hours of the film’s release.

As of 2010, TUIKIWI Productions is now based in Hamilton, Auckland and New Plymouth. We worked with over 200 people on our productions and created over 6 short films, four private videos and one feature film within the last two years.
